Vegetarian food

Vegetarian food is got directly from plants. Vegetables and fruits are rich in nutrients like the minerals, proteins, potassium. It is easily assimilated in the body by a person of any age. It is recommended to have vegetarian food for a healthy living.

Green leafy vegetables play a vital role in keeping human body healthy. All the naturally available fruits and vegetables are associated to our organs in the body. These are clue’s from god which guide us as to what fruit or vegetable will be good for which part of the body.

It is very rightly stated that carrots are good for the eyes. Sliced Carrot looks like the human eye. The pupil, iris and radiating lines look just like the human eye.

 

It is also observed that tomato has four chambers and is red just like our heart. Tomatoes are loaded with lycopine and are indeed pure heart and blood food.

 

Kidney beans also heal and help maintain kidney function also they look exactly like the two kidneys in our body.
